BetaDen Incubate Intake 4.0 founders Veg Life have won two prizes at the 2025 UK Quality Food Awards, including Product of the Year.

We are proud to share that BetaDen Incubate Intake 4.0 founders Veg Life have picked up two prizes at the 2025 UK Quality Food Awards, including the overall Product of the Year Award.

Veg Life, who were founded by Rhian Cafull, following a pandemic redundancy are the producers of revolutionary plant-based food products, most notably the Scotchee - a fully-plant based vegan scotch egg.

At the awards ceremony on the 12th November at the Hilton Bankside in London, Veg Life picked up both a GOLD award in the Vegan & Free Form category for their 'Taste of the East' flavoured Scotchee as well as the overall Product of the Year award, beating off competition from big hitters such as Lidl & Aldi.

Both prizes are a testament to the fantastic journey that Rhian and her business have been on since Veg Life was founded in 2021 and as such we'd like to offer a huge congratulations to Rhian on this briliant achievement.
