BetaDen Incubate Intake 4.0 founder Donna Fisher of Smile Box has been shortlisted for an award at the prestigious Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards.

We're proud to share some brilliant news courtesy of BetaDen Incubate Intake 4.0 founder Donna Fisher who has been shortlisted for the Female Founder of the Year Award at the 2025 Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards for her business Smile Box.

Smile Box, founded by Donna in 2021 is a corporate employee gift giving service, focused on boosting morale and encouraging positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Since 2021, Smile Box has delivered over 70,000 gift boxes featuring products from brands such as Candy Kittens and Popcorn Shed.

In a post acknowledging the nomination on LinkedIn, Donna said 'I am so grateful to my team, our customers, and everyone who has supported Smile Box and made my journey the success it is - thank you. This one’s for all the women building something meaningful, despite the odds.'

We would like to give a huge congratulations to Donna and the rest of the Smile Box team for this fantastic achievement and we look forward with fingers crossed to a Smile Box victory at the awards ceremony in November.
