We are thrilled to share that BetaDen's Cohort 5.0 Alumni Natalie Wadley has won at the prestegious Women's Awards 2024, in the 'Outstanding Woman in Construction' category.

The Women’s Awards is a prestigious multidisciplinary award celebrating the outstanding achievements of women. The purpose of these Awards is to raise awareness, recognise and honour the hard work and valuable contribution women of all cultures, communities, races, and beliefs, in all sectors make.

In response to 'How do you feel about being the first every winner of this particular award?' Natalie answered: “I’m winning it for all the women in construction. It is a sector that is underrepresented by women, and we are getting out there in bigger, bigger numbers and we are making an impact.

“For every women in construction, for every female founder, and every supporter of female founders on their journey”
