Johan van Deventer’s Nonowrap seeks to address the environmental and logistical implications of single-use plastic pallet straps, replacing them with a smart, reusable and sustainable alternative. In the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector, waste provides a real challenge, one in which Nonowrap addresses with the increases to supply chain efficiency and decarbonisation it will provide.
Nonowrap presents a two-pronged approach to addressing FMCG challenges, the physical Nonowrap strap solution and a SaaS software solution to increase efficiency and streamline warehouse logistics. Johan van Deventer boasts over 25 years of experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in the world of supply chain management; experience that leaves him uniquely positioned to address an industry with many challenges.
Nonowrap will work within the BetaDen programme to expand its route to market plans, work on its SaaS platform with a Worcestershire-based manufacturer and increase its digital marketing presence as a Worcestershire logistics provider whilst both products move from prototype towards the trial phase.
