Accelerate Cohort 4.0 founders JET Connectivity have been selected as one of 150 companies to join the NATIO DIANA Challenge Programme for 2026.

We are pleased to share some more fantastic cohort news as JET Connectivity has been selected as one of 150 companies to join the 2026 NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic Challenge Programme, beating out more than 3500 applicants.

JET Connectivity, who have previously developed deployable 5G networks for use in maritime and rural environments, join the programme to develop a progression of their AI-powered 5G solution that can be rapidly deployed for use in contested environments.

Their acceptance on to the programme comes following their participation in a successful NATO exercise in Latvia earlier this year.

On joining the programme, founder and CEO James Thomas stated "The programme gives us the opportunity to deepen our technological readiness to scale up, supporting the UK’s ‘NATO-first’ approach, and will strengthen our understanding of defence and dual-use markets.”

The good news doesn't end there however, as JET Connectivity have also this week picked up the award of 'Best Demo' in the 5G/6G/NTN category at the NATO EFDL demonstration week in Finland.

We'd like to give a massive congratulations to JET Connectivity on their progress this year and we look forward to seeing how their innovative 5G solutions develop with their involvement in the NATO Diana Challenge Programme.
