BetaDen, the UK's leading ecosystem for technology and innovation based in Worcestershire, is calling on local entrepreneurs and tech startups to apply for its upcoming Cohort 9.0 programme.
As a nationally award-winning accelerator with a proven track record of success, BetaDen offers a unique opportunity for innovative businesses to scale up, access cutting-edge resources, develop next-generation technology, and receive expert mentorship - at no cost to the participants, as this is a government-funded initiative.
Previous participants have now raised over £500M in funding and investment and have seen an average of 560% return on investment (each £1 invested will generate £6.60).
With the programme’s base at the Malvern Hills Science Park in Worcestershire, BetaDen is looking to support innovative local businesses at the forefront of tech, including AI, cybersecurity, digital, and more.
Businesses selected for Cohort 9.0 will receive:
• 6 months of fully funded support
• Industry-leading mentorship
• Access to a £8,000 grant, with no match funding required
• Opportunities for funding, PR, and marketing support
• Centre stage at the BetaDen Showcase event, which attracts over 200 professionals
• And more
New for this year, successful applicants will also gain access to bespoke testbed facilities and equipment, including 3D printing, AI, and a fully equipped podcasting studio.
Applications are open now, and BetaDen is particularly keen to engage with innovative companies from the UK and beyond, looking to take their tech ventures to the next level.
Donston Powell, External Affairs Director at BetaDen said: "We’re excited to continue to support local entrepreneurs and startups, especially in this pivotal moment for innovation in Worcestershire.
“Our accelerator programme offers a tailored experience, equipping founders with the tools, network, and resources they need to grow successfully."
