In this beginner-friendly session, you will learn how to talk to AI - and actually get the results you want - by learning the art of prompt engineering, a fancy term for giving AI better instructions.

No tech background needed. No jargon. Just practical skills, real-life examples, and a friendly space to explore.

During this workshop, you'll learn:

• What “prompting” actually means - and why it matters
• The ABCs of a great prompt: Ask with clarity, Break it down, Clarify & continue
• How to get AI to write, brainstorm, plan, or summarise more effectively
• Simple prompt formulas that work every time
• Real-world examples: emails, spreadsheets, social media, research, presentations, and more

This event will take place on the 26th of August 2025, from 10 AM - 12 PM, at the Malvern Hills Science Park, Geraldine Road, Malvern, WR14 3SZ

Parking

Free on-site parking is available, including designated disabled bays. The event will take place in 'Phase 3' building, which is where BetaDen HQ is located. You can either park directly by the building if you search 'BetaDen' in your GPS, or park near reception as you first arrive. If you park near reception, please make your way to the reception desk, and the staff will navigate you to the workshop room.
